Every workplace has different
type of personalities and there is a fundamental difference between the two
that affect their interactions. Every workplace has two types of personalities-
Introverts and extroverts. Introverts prefer one-on-one conservations and keep
themselves busy working alone, whereas, extroverts love working in a group
where they can share their thoughts and connect with others throughout the day.
The change in the behavior of the two,
often leads to unfair assumptions and judgments that create a barrier between
both the parties.
Mauricio Villamarin Martinez-
a successful CEO based in New York has shared his own experience on how to
handle different personalities in the workplace. He said he has faced various
personalities in his lifetime. Handling completely opposite behaviors is a
tedious task, but if you try to do it carefully, it can be a fun experience,
added Mauricio Villamarin Martinez.
Opening communication channels
between the two parties and encouraging them to know each other can prove
useful. Try to make the work culture fun and friendly, where everyone has the right
to share their thoughts and experiences with each other. It will improve the morale of the workers and they
will be motivated to overcome the communication gap, believes Mauricio Martinez.
